Shipping & Delivery

Our stands are bulky and heavy, so shipping is handled via freight or dedicated local delivery. We aim to make the process clear and predictable.

Service Area
  • Canada: Nationwide shipping available; methods depend on size/weight and destination.

  • Local pickup: Free pickup in 22080 Highway 48, Mount Albert, Ontario by appointment.

Rates & Options
  • Ontario: The flat rate for shipping to anywhere in Ontario is $350
  • Other Provinces: The flat rate for shipping to anywhere in Canada (except Ontario) is $500
  • Up to 400km: Free Delivery for 12 stands or more.
  • Accessorial (if required by carrier or site): Liftgate, residential delivery, limited-access, appointment windows, and re-delivery fees may apply and will be itemized on your quote.

Estimated Transit Time: 1 – 10 business days.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Lead Times & Handling
  • Many products are made-to-order. Current lead/handling time is 1-5 business day.

  • Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive delivery updates via text message if shipped by us or tracking or a delivery window from the carrier.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Weekend Processing: We do no process orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 1-844-444-2044. We cannot change the address once the item has been handed to the carrier.
Packaging
  • Stands (except bolted models) ship assembled.

  • Please keep all packaging until the product is inspected and accepted.

Delivery & Inspection
  1. Be present at delivery or nominate a representative. 

  2. Inspect before signing the packing slip: check for visible damage or missing items.

  3. If damage is visible, note it on the packing slip/ carrier’s receipt (e.g., “top frame dented; leg scratched”), take photos, and contact us via email within 24 hours at [email protected]

  4. For concealed damage found after delivery, notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order details.

Failure to note damage with the carrier may limit our ability to file a claim on your behalf.

Re-delivery, Storage & Missed Appointments

If the carrier cannot deliver due to a missed appointment, inaccessible site, or lack of unloading capability, re-delivery or storage fees may apply per the carrier’s terms.

Pickup (Free)
  • Location: Mount Albert, Ontario (exact address provided on order confirmation).

  • Requirements: Appointment, suitable vehicle, and proper tie-downs. We can assist with loading but are not responsible for load securement once it leaves our facility.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy page for eligibility, timelines, and restocking fees. Freight return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Taxes, Duties & Brokerage Fee
  • Canada: Orders are billed in CAD; HST/GST applies per destination.
